winson asked me to go mos yesterday,
i rejected cos i was just too tired.
today he asked me head for doubleO
after training. again, i declined for the
same reason. i really need sleep.

i almost fainted during training this afternoon

well this afternoon just wasnt my day.
my whole bod just didnt wanna respond
to the signals sent from the brain to move.
whats worst off is i had muscleaches from
NP training on tuesday from doing fucking
standing broadjump. who ever came up with that
crazy idea man!

myself with mark, chong hoe and ronnie, we made it
so much more realistic by giving it cupA boobs. lol.
but it wasnt any fucking use @ all cos its limps
and head came out halfway through the whole event.
